Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and we always love our weekly Friday breakfasts. They’re a time for catching up, knowledge sharing and of course – delicious food!
Along with giving our team the chance to travel for work, we also give our staff the opportunity to work out of our different offices around the globe. Want to visit family overseas but want to save your annual leave for another time? We are flexible with which of our offices you work out of.
Monthly team activity
From rock climbing, to laser tag, hip hop dance to crazy golf, we all look forward to our regular team activities. Lunches, drinks and donut dates all give us the chance to get to know one another a bit better.
Employee of the month
We love to reward the successes and hard work of our team. We give the prestigious Vampy award to the winning team member each month and also acknowledge hard work with rewards like spa days, bottles of bubbly and gift vouchers.
Once a year we organise a company wide trip to an off-site location. In June 2018 we launched our first Vampalooza weekend at Bintan Island, in Indonesia. We organised talks and team bonding activities to bring our team closer together and reward them for their hard work.
We encourage people to pursue their curiosity and develop their skills. We offer flexibility for those who are studying and give a study allowance including attendance at relevant conferences and events
We encourage you to be the best version of yourself and pursue your passions both at work, and outside of work. We want each and every person on the team to be their weird and wonderful selves. If you feel like randomly breaking out a dance move on a Monday morning, having a complete geek out over your love of Harry Potter or crying with laughter over a cat video, go right ahead. We want everyone to feel at home. Share your ideas even if it’s not your department, have D&Ms next to the water cooler and actively foster an environment you want to be in 5 days a week.
